Section 165. Application for attachment of property.

(1) An application for attachment of property before judgment shall be made in the form provided.

(2) An order for attachment of property before judgment shall be delivered to the plaintiff together with a copy of each of the affidavits used on the application.

(3) The bailiff shall deliver to the person whose property is attached the aforesaid order and copies of such order if request to.
