Section 87. Syariah Courts fees, fines and seizures.

Unless otherwise provided in this Enactment, all fees paid to the Syariah Courts, fines and seizures collected or imposed by this Enactment or rules made thereunder shall be paid to the State Treasury for the benefit of the State of Pahang.
