PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 150. Punishment when not specified.
(1) Any person who commits an offence against any of the provisions of this Enactment or rules made under this Enactment of which punishment is not specified therein expressly shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding three years or with both such fine and imprisonment.
(2) The punishment of imprisonment may be imposed if the fine imposed under this Enactment is not paid but such imprisonment shall not exceed half of the punishment for the offence or seven days if such offence is punishable with fine only.
