PART VI - SERVICE CHAPTER 1 - SERVICE WITHIN JURISDICTION
Section 40. Address for service.
(1) Subject to subsection (2), every plaintiff or applicant and every person filing a summons or other documents in any proceedings, other than an officer or a Court acting as such, and any other person ordered by the Court so do shall give an address for services in the State of Terengganu.
(2) Where any such plaintiff, applicant or other person is represented by a Peguam Syarie, the address of the Peguam Syarie shall be the address for service.
