PART III - FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS
Section 32. Bankers.
(1) The Majlis shall appoint bankers and may operate such account or account as may seem proper.
(2) All payments by the Majlis shall be made by cheque. All monies received by or for the Majlis shall be paid into a bank account of the Majlis in manner provided in General Orders.
(3) Cheques drawn on any bank account of the Majlis shall be signed by the President or Vice-President and by the Treasurer or, in the absence of the Treasurer, by the Secretary.
