Meeting of the Majlis

Section 26. Order of business and voting.

(1) The Chairman of the meeting shall determine the order of business at a meeting and the order in which members may address the meering and may at any time require a member to stop speaking.

(2) The Chairman of the meeting shall be entitled to vote and if on any resolution there is an equality of votes, the Chairman of the meeting shall have a casting vote.
