Section 10. Representation orders.

Where numerous persons have the same interest in any proceeding, the Court may at any time authorise any one or more of them to act on behalf of all persons so interested, whether named as parties or not:

Provided that no person shall be bound by any such order unless-

(a) he has been served with a notice of intention to apply therefore; or

(b) he has been served with a copy of the order and has not within 10 days thereafter applied to the Court to discharge or modify it:

Provided further that where such persons are very numerous or not easily ascertainable the Court may direct service of the order in such manner as it thinks fit.
