Section 126. Restriction to new mosques.

(1) No person shall erect any mosque or dedicate or in any amnner use any existing buildings as or for the purposes of a mosque, without the permission in writing of the Majlis.

(2) such permission shall in no case be given unless the site of the proposed new mosque has been or will prior to the erection thereof be made a Wakaf.
