PART III - FINANCE Financial Procedure of the Majlis.
Section 47. Expenses of the Majlis.
(1) All costs, charges and expenses of administering the property and assets vested in the Majlis, including the cost of maintenance and repair of any immovable property, the salaries and allowances payable to any officer or member of the Majlis, fees and allowances payable to any officer or members of the Majlis in respect of this services as a servant, officer or member of the Majlis, money which is needed to pay back the loan and other general expenses which is allowed under this Enactment in undertaking the Majlis duties including expenses which is considered as necessary in fulfilling its obligations, shall be paid out of the property and assets of the Fund.
(2) All costs, payments and expenses in administering property and assets vested in the Majlis, including the cost of maintenance and repairs of any immovable property, salary and allowance of all servants of the Majlis and fee and allowance payable to any officer or member of the Majlis relating to his service, shall be paid from the property and assets of the Fund.
