Section 168. Orders on revision.
If a case is revised under this Chapter by the Syariah High Court, it shall certify its decision or orderto the Syariah Lower Court by whixh the finding, sentence or order to the Syariah Lower Court by which the finding, sentence or order revised was recorded or passed stating, where such finding, sentence or order has been varied, the grounds for such variation; and the Syariah Lower Court to which the decision or order is so certified shall thereupon make such orders as are comfortable to the decision or order so certfied and, if necessary, the record shall be amended in accordance therewith.
