PART VI - OFFENCES



Section 79. Powers to compound.

(1) The President may in his discretion compound any such offences against this Enactment or against any rule made thereunder as may be prescribed as an offence which may be compounded by the President by collecting from the person suspected of having committed the same a sum of money not exceeding fifty dollars.

(2) His Highness the Sultan in Council may make rules to prescribe the offences which may be compounded and the method of procedure thereof.
