Section 157. Incest.

Whoever has sexual intercourse with a person who he is and whom he knows or has reason to believe that he is forbidden to marry by the Law of the Religion of Islam, commits incest. Whoever commits incest, whether male or female, shall, if by reason of consanguinity or fosterage, be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months; or if by reason of affinity be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or with fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars.
