PART X - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Section 81. Who may prosecute.
Prosecution in respect of offences committed under this Ordinance or any rules made hereunder may be conducted or instituted by officers or servants of the Majlis or any other persons duly authorized in writing in that behalf by the Majlis.
