PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 132. Failure to report.
(1) Whoever, being under a duty to report under this Enactment, wilfully neglects or fails to do so commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
(2) Whoever, being under a duty to report or being required to submit an application under this Enactment or being required to furnish any information or to execute or sign any document lawfully necessary for the purpose of effecting registration thereof, wilfully neglects or fails to report or to comply with the requirement commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
(3) Whoever give either orally or written false statement or admission to the Registrar in respect of any matter required to the recorded or registered by the Registrar according to the provision of this Enactment, commit an offence and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment not exceeding six months or to both.
