PART XXV – INTERPLEADER
Section 187. Hearing.
On the hearing the Court may make such order for the ansolidation and further conduct of all relevant proceedings as may be just. The Court may in particular make an order that the applicant, on paying any money into Court, or dealing with the property in issue as the Court may order, may be dismissed from the proceedings and that his costs may be paid out of the money or property in issue or in such other manner as the Court may direct, or it may determine all maters in question in a summary manner.
