Section 33. Charge and joinder of charge.

(1) The charge shall be framed by the prosecutor and shall be approved by the Court and shall contain such particulars of the offence alleged as may enable the person accused to know what he is required to answer.

(2) More offences than one committed by the same person, may be tried together if arising in the course of the same transaction.
