Section 133. Power to commute punishment.

The Yang di-Pertuan Agong on the advice of the Mufti may, without the consent of the person sentenced, commute any one of the following sentences for any other mentioned after it, namely—

(a)

whipping;

(b)

imprisonment; or

(c)

fine.
