Section 121. Exhibit.

(1) Documents put in evidence shall be marked and, unless the Court shall otherwise order, they shall, or copies thereof shall, be retained in Court during the pendency of the proceedings and until the time for appeal has expired.

(2) Documents tendered in evidence, but rejected, shall be marked.
