Section 35.Powers of Mufti.
The Mufti shall assist and advice His Royal Highness the Sultan in respect of all matters relating to Hukum Syarak, and in all such matters he shall be the chief authority in the State of Pahang after His Royal Highness the Sultan, except where otherwise provided in this Enactment.
