ENACTMENT NO 3 OF 2005 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW ENACTMENT 2005
PART X - GENERAL
Section 136. Repeal
(1) The Islamic Family Law Enactment 1987 [Enactment No. 3 of 1987] is repealed.
(2) Where any case or matter is pending before any Court on the coming into force of this Enactment, the provisions of this Enactment shall apply in respect of the proceedings of such case or matter to the extent that it does not result injustice.
