PART III - JURISDICTION OF SYARIAH COURT

Section 17. Decision of Appeal Committe to be final.

The decision of the Appeal Committee shall be final and binding on the parties in the appeal and there shall be no appeal from a decision of the Appeal Committee, except that where the Appeal Committee is satisfied that a new and important matter or evidence has been discovered, the Ruler may direct that the case be reconsidered by the Appeal Committee.
