Section 125. When witness need not be examined.
A Judge is not required to examine any witness who had need not be examined been shown to just in a previous proceeding when he becomes a witness before the same Judge in the same Judge in the later proceeding if the interval in time between two proceedings does not exceed 6 months. If the interval in time between the two proceedings exceeds 6 months the Judge shall make the examination again.
