Section 47. Power of revision of the Court of Appeal.

(1) Every member of the panel of judges shall have the power to direct the Court of a Kadi or the Kadi Besar to refer to the Court of Appeal the record of proceedings of any criminal or civil case and the Court of Appeal shall review and determine to its satisfaction as to the correctness, legality or propriety of any judgment, order, finding or decision made and as to the regularity of the proceedings in the case.

(2) Having examined and revised the record of the proceedings, the Court of Appeal may exercise the powers under section 46.
