Section 165. Kadi not to try certain offences committed before himself.

Except as provided in sections 159 and 163 no Kadi shall try any person for any offence when such offence is committed before himself or in contempt of his authority, or is brought under his notice as such Kadi in the course of a judicial proceedings.
