Section 212. Intentional insult or interruption to religious officer sitting in any stage of a judicial proceeding.

Whoever intentionally insults or causes any interruption to any religious officer, while such religious officer is sitting in any stage of a judicial proceeding, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to both.
