ENACTMENT No. 8 of 2004 SYARIAH COURT EVIDENCE (STATE OF PENANG) ENACTMENT 2004
PART IV - GENERAL
Section 131. Repeal Enactment.
(1) Syariah Court Evidence (State of Penang) Enactment 1996 is repealed.
(2) Where any case or matter before any Court on the coming into force of this Enactment, the provisions of this Enactment shall apply in respect of the proceeding of such case or matter to the extent that is causes no injustice.
