PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE
Section 36. Court to be open.
(1) Subject to sub-section (2) every trial or hearing in court shall be held in public.
(2) A Court may if satisfied that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, order that the whole or any part of any proceeding shall take place in a closed court.
