PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE

Section 30. Courts to be open.

(1) Subject to subsection (2), every trial or hearing in Court shall be held in public.

(2) A Court may, if it is satisfied that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, order that the whole of any proceeding or part thereof shall take place in a closed Court.
