Section 64. Report of Religious Enforcement Officer.
(1) Every investigation under this Chapter shall be completed without necessary delay, and as soon as it is completed the officer making the same shall, unless the offence be of character which the Chief Syariah Prosecutor directed need not be reported to him, forward to the Syariah Prosecutor a report setting forth the names of the parties, the nature of the information, and the names of the persons who appear to be acquainted with the circumstances of the case.
(2) The Chief Syariah Prosecutor may at any time by order in writing direct that no report need be forwarded to him in cases of a character to be specified in such order, and may at any time vary or revoke such order.
