ENACTMENT NO. 13 OF 1994 STATE AMAL JARIAH FUND ENACTMENT 1994
Section 2. Interpretation.
In this Enactment, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Board" means the State Amal Jariah Fund Board established under section 4;
"Chairman" means the Chairman of the State Amal Jariah Fund Board referred to in section (4) (2) (a) and includes the Deputy Chairman referred to in section 4 (2) (b);
"financial institutions" includes bank, commercial bank and stockbrokerage firm;
"Fund" means the State Amal Jariah Fund established under section 3;
"marketable securities" includes stocks, funds, shares and bonds issued by the Federal or State Government and the shares of public or private companies;
