PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE
Section 34. Adjournment and transfer of a case.
(1) The Court may for sufficient reason adjourn any proceeding from time to time and from place to place.
(2) The Court of a Chief Syarie Judge may transfer any case to another court of a Kadi when a reference is made by a Kadi upon the application of one of the parties to the proceeding.
Provided that in a case where the approval of the Ruler is necessary the court of the Chief Syarie Judge may transfer such case to another Kadi's court with the approval of the Ruler.
