PART XV - SUBPOENAS
Section 95. Request.
(1) The Court may issue a subpoena on request or at its own motion.
(2) A subpoena to produce documents shall be addressed to one person only, and shall be in the form provided.
(3) A subpoena to give evidence may be addressed to more than one person, and shall be in the form provided.
