CONTROL AND RESTRICTION OF THE PROPOGATION OF NON-ISLAMIC RELIGIONS ENACTMENT 1988

Section 13. Power of investigation.

(1) Any authorised officer shall have the power to investigate the commission of any offence under this Enactment.

(2) Every person required by an authorised officer to give any information or to produce any document or other article relating to the commission of such an offence which is in the person's power to give shall be legally bound to give the information or to produce the document or other article.
