PART II - THE MAJLIS UGAMA ISLAM NEGERI SABAH AUTHORITY IN RELIGIOUS MATTERS
Section 32. Authority of Majlis.
The Majlis shall aid and advise the Yang di-Pertuan gong in respect of all matters relating to the religion of Islam within the State of Sabah, expect matters of Islamic Law and those relating to the administration of justice, and in all such matters the Majlis shall in the supreme authority in the State of Sabah after the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, and Yang di-Pertua Negeri except where otherwise provided for in this Enactment.
