PART XIX – EXECUTION
Section 137. Satisfaction.
A judgment debtor who has satisfied a judgment shall be entitled on application or if by consent without formal application, to have the satisfaction entered in the file and the Register of Civil actions Book. If the judgment creditor refuses to consent to such entry, the Court may, if it finds that the judgment has been satisfied, after him to pay the costs of the application.
