Section 6. Vesting of property.

All property, movable or immovable, and all rights and liabilities which immediately before the commencement of this Enactment were the property, rights and liabilities of the Majlis Ugama Islam dan 'Adat Isti'adat Melayu, established under the Council of Religion and Malay Custom Enactment, 1369 [1 of 1949], shall by this Enactment without any conveyance, assignment or transfer whatsoever become the property, rights and liabilities of the Majlis (established under section 4).
