PART VIII - MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE


Section 82. Appointment of persons to solemnise marriages.

(1) The President may appoint persons to solemnise marriages within and for the localities specified in the letters so appointing them.

(2) Subject to the provisions of this Enactment no person other than those appointed under sub-section (1) shaII solemnise any marriage.
