ENACTMENT NO. 6 OF 1985 ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT ENACTMENT 1985
PART V - GENERAL
Section 37. Repeal.
(1) The Enactment set out in the Third Schedule of this Enactment are hereby repealed to the extent stated in the Schedule:
Provided that all proceedings instituted under the Enactment which is hereby repealed shall be continued as if this Enactment had not been passed.
(2) The repeal shall not affect, the previous operation of there repealed Enactment or anything duly done or suffered thereunder or any right, privilage, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred thereunder.
