PART VII - INTERPLEADER

Section 59. Service of summons.

(1) Unless the Court otherwise orders, the summons referred to in section 58 shall be served personally at least seven days before the day of appearance.

(2) An interpleader summons shall be in one of the forms in Form MS 14.
