Section 9. The Majlis.
His Highness the Sultan hereby constitutes a Majlis Ugama Islam dan Adat Isti’adat Melayu (hereinafter referred to as the Majlis) to be called in English the Council of Religion and Malay Custom, to aid and advise His Highness in all matters relating to the Religion of the State and Malay Custom.
