Section 62. Procedure not provided for.
In relation to procedure in civil proceedings not expressly provided for in this Enactment or any rules made thereunder, the Court may adopt such procedure as may seem to it proper for the avoidance of injustice and for the disposal of the matters in issue between the parties, and may in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, adopt the practice and procedure provided in the Subordinate Courts Rules.
