PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN ADAT MELAYU AND APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS

Section 26. Appointment of officers and servant.

(1) The Majlis may appoint such number of officers and servant as may be necessary to assist it in carrying out its function.

(2) The Majlis may, with the approval of the Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, make regulations with respect to condition of services of its officers and servant.
