Section 141. Transmission of appeal record.
When the appellant has complied with the provisions of section 140 the court appealed from shall transmit to the Mahkamah Rayuan and to the Pengarah Pendakwa and to the advocate for the appellant a signed copy of the record of the proceedings and of the grounds of the decision together with a copy of the notice and of the petition of appeal.
