PART II - THE MAJLIS UGAMA ISLAM NEGERI SABAH
Section 9. Borrowing powers.
(1) The Majlis may, with the approval of the Minister and upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by him, berrest such sums as it may require for discharging any of its functionsmently this Enactment.
(2) Sums borrowed by virtue of this section shall be paid into the Fund.
