Zakat and Fitrah

Section 73. Appeal.

(1) Any person may appeal to the Majlis against any claim on payment of zakat or fitrah made on him.

(2) The Majlis shall consider the appeal and may order that person pay the amount of zakat or fitrah claimed on him, or any lesser amount as the Majlis deems fit, or may order that person is not required to pay zakat or fitrah in a particular year.

(3) The decision of the Majlis towards the appeal shall be conclusive and shall not be questioned in any Court.
