ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAMIC LAW ENACTMENT 1991

PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Short title and commencement.

(1) This Enactment may be cited as Administration of Islamic Law Enactment 1991.

(2) This Enactment shall come into force on a date to be appointed by His Royal Highness the Sultan by notification in the Gazette.

(3) His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint different dates for the coming into force of different Parts or sections of this Enactment.
