CHAPTER 1 - GENERAL


Section 7. Mode of beginning civil proceedings

(1) Subject to subsection (2) or any other written law, every civil proceedings in a Court shall be begun by summons.

(2) All proceeding in respect of any of the matters specified in the Second Schedule shall be begun by application.
