PART XXIV – OBJECTION PROCEEDINGS


Section 179. Objection.

Any person claiming any property siezed in execution or attached by a bailiff, may file an objection in the form provided and shall serve the same on the bailiff and the execution creditor. No objection shall be valid unless served on the bailiff not later than the day before the sale.
