PART V - PROCEDURE-GENERAL


Section 23. Evidence.

(1) The Court shall observe the provisions of Muslim Law relating to the number, status and quality of witnesses and the evidence required to prove any fact.

(2) Save as aforesaid, the Court shall have regard to the laws relating to evidence for the time being in force in the State.
