Section 49. Duty of Estate officers.
(1) No order shall be issued under any written law in respect of any land which forms a part of the estate of a deceased Muslim unless it is shown that any part of the estate which has accrued to the Baitulmal has been paid or the President has given his consent to postpone such payment.
(2) If the President is satisfied that the portion which has accrued to the Baitulmal cannot be paid at once, he may give his consent in writing that the payment be postponed or be satisfied under any condition which in his opinion is just.
